Getting Started

Quickstart

From an approved sign-in to your first cited answer in a few minutes — no install, all in the browser.

Prerequisites

  • An approved / allow-listed email. Access is gated — sign-up requires an email on the allowlist.
  • Documents to work with: PDF, DOCX, DOC, XLSX, or PPTX (≤ 30 MB each).
  • A modern browser. Optional MFA can be enabled on your account.

1. Open a matter (Project)

Create a Project — a matter-scoped workspace that groups your documents, chats, and reviews. For anything more than a handful of files, work inside a Project rather than attaching to a single chat; Projects are built for volume, and standalone chats cap at 10 attachments per message.

2. Add your documents

Upload files into the Project (organise them into folders if you like). Olympus reads them and makes them searchable. When you attach a lot, Olympus inlines what fits and quietly makes the rest available on demand.

3. Ask, draft, review, or extract

  • Ask a question in the assistant — answers come with inline citations to the exact source passage.
  • Draft — ask for a Word document and Olympus produces a downloadable .docx, including tracked-changes redlines.
  • Review many documents at once with Tabular Review.
  • Delegate to a Being: research → Watson, contracts → Jeeves, evidence → Holmes, strategy → Athena.

4. Verify, then rely

Click any citation through to its source before you rely on it. Olympus supports your judgment — it doesn't replace it.

Tip: turn repeat work into a Workflow and share it with your team, so recurring jobs become one click.
